Seven segment display is a form of electronic display device for displaying decimal numerals. - The common cathode: all the cathodes of its 7 LEDs are common.
- Or the common anode: all the anodes of its 7 LEDs are common. In this tutorial, we are going to use the common cathodes configuration.
Components and libraries required.
- Arduino uno.
- seven segment display common cathode.
- seveg library, Which can be downloaded at sevseg libraries for Arduino. To add these libraries to your arduino IDE, go to Sketch > Include library > Add .Zip library, then browse to the folder where you saved your downloaded libraries.
